"Educated Eating: A Simple Guide to Retrain Yourself on Life's most basic need.....How to Eat! Volume 1 The Carbohydrate-Insulin Connection to Obesity, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure & Heart Disease"
What is Educated Eating?
Obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease have skyrocketed! Many of us are caught on the Merry-Go-Round of Sick Care. We purchase and eat food products (not real food) produced by the Food, Agriculture, and Chemical Industry. The majority of these food products are highly processed and provide our bodies with very little, if any, of the good quality nutrients required to build a healthy body. Many are addicted to sugar, sugar substitutes such as Splenda, NutraSweet, Sweet and Low, refined salt, taste enhancers such as MSG, and other toxins. Our food has been poisoned by pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, preservatives, irradiation, antibiotics, synthetic chemical additives, dyes, deadly toxins, and Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO). Most people were never taught how to eat and obtain information about what to eat from the media and other questionable sources.
This website challenges you to question what you have been told about nutrition and health and make educated choices for your future health. Educated Eating focuses on understanding the purpose of food, how much the body requires, and identifying those foods which can lead to optimal health! We must move away from the old saying of “Just tell me what to eat”. We are the best monitors of our health not our doctors, nurses, or anyone else. We must take personal responsibility for our health and “Retrain” ourselves on “How to eat”. Let’s get off that Merry-Go-Round of Sick Care and live a healthier more abundant life!
